We have worked with Laura on two staging projects. She has a terrific aesthetic sensibility, great taste, and a real sensitivity to the character of the property being staged. Our two stagings resulted in our home looking better than it ever had, and we believe it was important in achieving very good results with our listing.

Perhaps more important, Laura is honest, ethical, efficient, and reliable. She sets schedules and meets them, and she is very detailed and careful in cleaning up after de-staging (including patching and painting tiny holes from hanging art). We have worked with other stagers in other parts of the country, but none we could recommend as highly as Laura. 10 stars. Great experience.

Our House Sold in Two Hours!

Prior to the recent sale of our Amherst house we asked Laura DuPont to stage and help us sell our home.

Laura made each room in our little Cape home look bright and spacious and very nicely decorated.

She staged the house with rented furniture plus some of ours, and added decor, pictures, vases with flowers, drapes where needed, to spruce up each room.

Laura then took pictures to put on the website for buyers to view.

Our house sold in two hours during the Open House with five offers.

We feel it was due in a large part to the staging done in our house and if selling another home, we would definitely ask Laura to be part of the selling team again!
